The genre-bending collective 2ŁØT delivers their most kinetic offering yet with Immortal, a track that transforms philosophical weight into pure dancefloor euphoria.

Featuring Grammy-nominated vocalist Aloe Blacc, this collaboration has a steady, danceable beat that demands immediate bodily response.

Built around a driving bassline and strategic build-ups, Immortal showcases 2ŁØT’s ability to craft electronic soundscapes that breathe with organic energy.

The production employs breakdowns that create space for Blacc’s commanding vocal delivery to soar above synthesized textures.

“‘Immortal’ is about unlocking the part of you that’s waiting to be set free,” explains Rudy Love Jr. of 2ŁØT. “It’s a reminder that fear is the biggest barrier between you and your true calling.”

Blacc’s vocals shift from introspective verses to anthemic choruses capturing hands-in-the-air moments.

His reflection reveals the track’s emotional core: “When I tumble over, the broken pieces fit together better in the end” evokes the Japanese art of kintsugi.

The arrangement showcases 2ŁØT’s signature electronic jam aesthetic, weaving pulsating sequences and rhythmic complexity that maintains forward momentum.

This is music designed for peak-time moments when dancefloors become spiritual spaces.

Aloe Blacc and 2ŁØT Immortal Lyrics

    What if there’s no tomorrow?
What if today’s all we had to live with no regrets?
    My scars are only borrowed
A map of where I’m goin even though I’m not there yet.

I was always runnin from nothin
All of my fears and all of my failures
Kept me from what was comin
    From everything

When we look back on all our days
I hope we say we lived them brave
In the face of the fires before us

The wars we’ll fight for all our lives
Against all odds we have to try
    Let’s pretend let’s pretend
    We’re immortal

Immortal til the day we die.

    As I’m growing older
I’ve come to see the tapestry of who I really am and when I tumble over
    The broken pieces fit together
    Better in the end.

I was always runnin from nothin
All of my fears and all of my failures
Kept me from what was comin
    From everything

When we look back on all our days
I hope we say we lived them brave
In the face of the fires before us

The wars we’ll fight for all our lives
Against all odds we have to try
    Let’s pretend let’s pretend
    We’re immortal

Immortal til the day we die.

Even in the end the strongest will can bend bones may break but I won’t.

    What if there’s no tomorrow?
