    What it is

A British re-imagining of Culpa Mía, My Fault: London follows Noah as she moves to London, collides with her wealthy new family, and drifts toward a relationship with her stepbrother Nick while past trauma resurfaces.

It plays cleaner and kinder than the Spanish original: tight night-drive sequences and racing meets keep the story moving; a nightclub spiking thread is given space to breathe; panic episodes make the romance feel negotiated rather than pre-ordained.

Late-act escalation stretches plausibility and a few blunt lines flatten nuance, but overall this is a sleeker, crowd-leaning spin that trims toxicity without sanding off all the bite.

    Release and availability

My Fault: London premiered globally on Prime Video on 13 February 2025 and is available to stream with a Prime membership.

Watch order — do you need to see My Fault (Spanish) first?

Not essential. The London film is built to onboard new viewers. If you’ve seen the Spanish original, you’ll spot deliberate tonal shifts and character adjustments that make the leads read less toxic and more rounded, plus a few re-staged set-pieces.

What’s different from the Spanish original?

Character toneSharper, messier dynamicMore likeable leads, reduced toxicity
Romance pacingHot-first, explain-laterCalibrated to empathy, steadier reveals
Overall feelMelodrama forwardStill dramatic, but warmer and less abrasive

Age rating and parents’ notes (BBFC)

Rated 15 for strong language, sex and domestic abuse. Advisories include moderate violence with some bloody detail, a spiking incident at a nightclub, threat/hostage sequences, a car crash, and flashing images.

Anxiety and panic attacks are depicted. BBFC’s record also lists brief drug-dealing, opioid references, and a strong sex scene.
