Taylor Swift isn’t just dominating the music charts; she’s also ruling Google searches in 2024.

A recent study reveals that Swift is officially the most Googled musician in the world, pulling in an astonishing 38.6 million searches per month.

From her latest album to her much-talked-about romance with NFL star Travis Kelce, people can’t stop searching for everything Taylor.

But while Swift reigns supreme, it’s worth noting that Elvis Presley is still holding his own. Surprised? You shouldn’t be.

Taylor Swift Leads Google Searches with 38.6 Million Monthly Hits

In a study conducted by Westgate Las Vegas and the Elvis Historical Experience, Taylor Swift has taken the crown as the most Googled musician in 2024 across the globe, including in the United States.

Fans are frantically Googling everything from her album drops to tour dates and viral moments with Travis Kelce.

Her most recent release, The Tortured Poets Department, has only intensified the Swiftie fandom.

With her ongoing re-releases of old albums and her public relationship status, Taylor Swift has become an inescapable force in both music and online searches.

Following closely behind Swift are BTS and BLACKPINK, cementing the K-pop wave in global searches.

BTS garners an impressive 30.9 million monthly searches, proving that their fandom remains strong.

Meanwhile, BLACKPINK holds third place with 29.7 million searches.

K-pop is no longer just a trend—it’s a permanent feature in Google search trends for 2024.

These groups are leading the way for K-pop’s undeniable digital dominance.

In fourth place, we have Shakira, generating 17.4 million monthly searches.

Her global hits and iconic performances (remember the Super Bowl?) keep her consistently trending.

Bad Bunny, closing out the top five, draws in 16 million monthly searches, showing that his crossover into mainstream music has solidified his global appeal.

Elvis Presley: The King Still Reigns (Sort Of)

Even though Elvis Presley passed away 45 years ago, he still holds an impressive 23rd place in global searches.

His name remains popular, largely thanks to the power of nostalgia and new generations discovering his music.

Elvis Presley’s popularity in Google searches proves that legends never truly fade, even in the digital age.
